The candidate will be working within the Sales Department but will not be selling. Instead he/she will be sourcing leads for the Business Development Managers. This role will be ideal for candidates looking to venture into sales in future as the career progression for this role would be a BDE eventually. Responsibilities: • Support the sales team in generating the active leads • Qualify sales leads through initial phone work before passing to the sales team to follow up • Prepare various monthly business reports, presentations or proposals • Work closely with the CRM Operations Team, as the ambassador for the North Asia region • keep up with new products, get familiar with the features and ensure that Sales team is on board Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years of business experience • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential • Salesforce experience will be significantly advantageous • Tableau experience a plus • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • A high degree of organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Business proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese are essential • Teamwork and motivational skills • A positive working attitude Apply: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/ba4faa4b53d54a3584f8a544e7981695 #recruitment #jobs #businessdevelopment #sales #finance #Tableau
