On Sunday she said she will post it tomorrow. On Wednesday she said she posted it yesterday. Again, no apology, she's still absolutely right. Super nice & speedy service. A new style of customer service indeed. Shame. Do I still care where the products are which I paid, well it's in the air & if it lost in post it's still my bad. How nice! 👍

Pls note, I didn't say: 'pls send out immediately', at all!!!
