Ingredients: Chili, Lengkuas, Lemon grass, Citrus leaf, Fish sauce, Lemon juice and vegetable oil. Method: Bring 3 cups of water to boil, and put in prawm(or other seafood) or mushrooms. Simmer for a while. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Tom Yam preparation and serve hot.
