Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities: • Provide technical and application support of diagnostic products and instrument to clients • Perform installation, customer training, PM to ensure the instrument working condition at customer site • Write up validation and standard operating protocols, and technical reports • Provide product and application/ technical training for customers, sales & distributors • Identify customers’ needs and sales opportunities to maximize and grow sales through application development and support   Requirements: • Bachelor of Degree or MSc in in molecular biology, genetics, biostatistics, electronic engineering, Biomedical engineering or related field in biology / sciences • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in application support environment; experience in immunoassay / serology skills (immunofluorescent, ELISA, western blot and microscope) would be advantage • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent team player • Fluent in English and Mandarin Apply: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/ba4faa4b53d54a3584f8a544e7981695 #recruitment #jobs #fieldengineer #applicationengineer #engineer #immunoassay #serologpy #immunofluorescent #ELISA #westernblot #microscope #laboratory #diagnostic #biology #genetics #biostatistics #Biomedical #DNA
