Job Duties: • Assist the C&B Manager to lead the C&B team to deliver professional services in C&B area • Monitor all compensation and benefits transactions and administration includes payroll, MPF, staff cost allocation, salaries tax, group medical insurance, salary surveys and benchmarking, etc. for HK, Macau and China • Assist in C&B policies and procedures review • Manage the grading structure • Enhance and maintain the HR systems • Assist in ad hoc C&B related projects Requirement: • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related • Min. 8 years relevant working experience in sizable organization, solid experience specialized in C&B is a must • Detail minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin • Candidate with Macau / PRC exposures is an advantage Apply: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/ba4faa4b53d54a3584f8a544e7981695 #recruitment #jobs #HR #HRManager
