"This Acorn-fed Ibérico ham is made from the hind leg of our Iberian pigs, cured for 48 months. Originated in Extremadura, the Southwestern part of Spain, our Iberian pigs are fed with only acorn and herbs They are raised in freedom, roaming in the wild. The jamón carries deep acorn taste and aroma with long lasting of nutty flavors. The taste is complex, deep and balanced, with a very long aftertaste. Our ham is hand-crafted carefully by our Ham Master, following the tradition passed down over the centuries from father to son."
